Glitterbabilicious!!

Today is the start of Challenge#3 at Glitterbabes Challenge Blog. We have a lovely easy sketch to follow, and I've used it to make this sweet blue and white "country duck" card. I've glittered all the little sparkley dots, and coloured the patches/bill and legs with a sakura sparkle pen. I didn't have any blue gems , so I coloured the clear hearts with my promarkers :D

I think it will be going in my christmas card box, because it reminds me of those old cartoons we used to get about toys coming alive with the magic of Christmas. The papers are by Vanessa Arbuthnott, and the gorgeous image is ,of course ,by Glitterbabe.

The second piece is an ATC I've made using 2 more Glitterbabe images, "Sparkle Flower" and "Cotton Reel". The theme for the Craft Den ATC Challenge#July is "sewing" and I couldn't resist using the reel to wrap some thread around, and I've partially stiched over the flower petals. The background is splattered Mica powders and is lovely and shimmery.

Enjoy XXX
