Mmmmmmm.......

Not sure where I was going with this one. Had no time to craft this weekend and had to leave this card half finished, and when I came back to it this morning I'd lost the plot :) But after reading Mel's motivating speech over at The Butterfly Effect, I felt inspired to have another go at it.
I realised I had too many colours going on. The lovely lady( Dezinaworld image) had blue ribbons and pale pink flowers, so I coloured over them with promarkers, and now they match up with the ribbons and tag :D

The ribbon border is woven strips stuck onto a piece of card stock....V time consuming, but sometimes you just have to try things. The background is alcohol inks... I thought red and blue would make purple...but it made red and blue haha! So i blended over with a bit of green to tone it down a bit :D

I would like to enter this for the following challenges;

Also linking to the The Butterfly Effect blog where a ripple of inspiration brings a flood of creativity :D (and yes you can use that catchphrase if you like ladies)XXX

    i really like your idea on the weeds. however, i have a ROCK garden because i do NOT have a green thumb. so the weeds are growing up thru the rocks. what nerve!!!!
