Our sponsor this week is the wonderful
and I got to use her "April Elf" image.
and this card is about as "Not Square" as they get :D
I started by taking a "flower" shaped card and cutting an aperture in it.
I used the same die plus a size larger to cut a frame from glitter card,
glued it in place and then put the front through an embossing folder...
I collected a selection of Promarkers that I
thought would work with the strong pink card stock.
I used quite deep pinks for her skin tone
*this photo was taken lit from behind*
as the bright pink card would "leech" colour when nearby.
I covered the inside surface with a soft paper
before gluing the fussy cut figure in place :D
The flowers on the front are hand coloured to match
using the same collection of markers as the image :D
