This card is for 3 challenges; Just Inspirational #6"Purple Tones with sparkle n texture". Ooh La La #60 "Spots and Dots", and Stamp+Fun=Creativity#7 Sketch by Emmi.
Unfortunately the papers are so shimmery they have masked the texture of the ribbons on the striped border. The dots on the little girls hat(image by Sarah Kay) have been stickled to add texture and sparkle.
