Cowgirls Challenge with a twist :D

This weeks challenge at Cowgirls Sundays is to follow a sketch, designed by our very own Alison:D The twist is that we would like you to make your own background paper!!! Sounds a bit scary, but is really fun to do :)
Our sponsor for this week is the fabulous Michelle Perkett, who is offering this weeks winner

Michelle also gave us some of her images to work with, and I was given "Lily the Enchantment Fairy". So I naturally went for green backing paper. I used several differnt green inkpads to colour a sheet of white paper, then overstamped with flowers and flourishes. Then I got carried away and made my own flower and buttons using the same paper(without overstamping for flower)

I printed the image 3 times so that I could de-coupage her, glazed the buttons and bouquet, and used mica powders on her wings and dress.

I've sent this one to my sister for her birthday :D xxx

I would like to enter this card for the following challenges;

Pollycraft Mondays#65 "It's a Fairytale"

Stamping Vacation# Monochrome, "Green"(though it might not count with skintone)

Just Inspirational#16"Stamped" (rubber or digi) I've used both :D
