The challenge at Bah Humbug Challenge#38 is "Across the Miles", and Winter Wonderland's is for a "Male Christmas Card".I was thinking of my dad when I made this. He has walked many miles in his life, but illness has "grounded" him for quite a while . When we go out in the car he looks longingly into the distance at the woods he is used to walking in(this is what will get him up and about again). I've ripped a piece of paper to use as a mask, to form the snow covered hills using ink to paper. Then I overstamped with trees in differing strengths of ink to give the impression of distance. Then added Peter Rabbit (crafters companion stamps) scurrying along a track.
I am also entering this for Just Inspiration Challenge#14"Christmas", and Lothian Crafts Challenge#7 "Christmas"
