Birthday Laughter

This cheeky chappy is from Stamp It Crazy's Christmas 2 collection(XAS56), and I have been dying to use him on a card. I thought he would be perfect for Alota Rubber's "April Fool's day" challenge :DI was inspired by (and am entering) are;
