Wonderful excuse for a rant!!

The ladies at HDH Macabre Mondays have given us a wonderful excuse for a quick rant(we all need one now and again :D). This weeks challenge is "Pleasure and Pain", as in use something you love, AND something you hate!!
Now I have resisted cutting heads off teddy bears, but that means the "sweet widdle puddy tat" has to suffer instead.
Pleasures: Bees(yes I feed them with spoonfuls of honey in the cold spells), rubberstamping and Tim Holtz distress inks, tearing paper, doodling :)
Pains: Yellow card stock(bought a pack of 200 assorted sheets, 100 were this yellow!!!), cats(don't even get me started on that list!!), and "cootzie oochy coochy baby speak"
Now will I manage to find any challenges for this piece....doh! Meant to make it as a tag!!! See, too busy ranting to concentrate!!!

Corrosive Challenge#119 Summer colours(don't come any sunnier than that yellow card)
Crafty Anns Challenge#42 Use more than 1 image(made 2 cards for this already but forgot to link them up!!) Lots of different rubber stamps used.

    Came over from HDH. Love your meant-to-be tag and funny post! I'm following too. I'm also against yellow and cats, we'll get along just fine. Didn't find any other suited challenges for you in my list, but I just love your entry and if I see one, will let you know.

    Fantastic work although I do like cats and bees but I am not really keen on yellow though it does have it's place. hehe but you did make me smile x

    Well I woke up in a terrificall poopy mood (notice I didn't finish my HDH card yet)but this gave me a giggle. Hilarious! (And I may forgive you for not liking cats...then again, maybe not) Thanks for joining us at HDH (but beware, we're ALL a bunch of kitty lovers, LOL) xxD

    Donna got to you first regarding the kitties, but aside from that, I am right there with you on the yellow cardstock, and the baby talk makes me ill!

    Oh I'm so with you on the yellow, that was one of my options for something I hate, but I ended up going with white instead. And although most of us HDH Minions are kitty fans, you may have struck a chord with BlackDragon who doesn't like them but tends to keep quiet on the subject when the rest of us are around :P

    Nil point for NOT liking cats .... -1 point
    hmmm not so sure about yellow - I like yellow but wouldn't necessarily use yellow paper... call that a draw
    Baby speak ..... erg - pass the bucket + 1 point
    Bees - well now I think about it cool things. +1 point
    Hmm - that makes you +2 in my book. Cool Dudette AND absolutely FAB piece :-D

    I'm with you on the cats.... i keep quiet about it as Susan said but i have the great book...101 uses for a dead cat.... sooooo funny!
