Woohoo!!! the Season tis definitely upon us :D
and I hope you are just about done with your greetings cards.
If not why not join us at
We were given some lovely images to play with from
I chose to use "Putting up the Tree" from RF
I was thinking about that last minute panic when a child(or hubby)
walks in with a hand full of cards from people you weren't expecting.
You need to make several in a hurry but still want to make something a bit different.
So I took my image into my graphics programme and printed 2 onto an A4 sheet of card.
Cut it into 2 and folded into 2 A6 cards.
Then it was a simple matter of colouring the image with my Promarkers...
but to make them a little more special(like you planned it lol)
I fussy cut the outer edge of the image, and
glued a suitable background paper to the inside face.
A quick trim and a bit of glitter glue...
and a left over sentiment tag...
and a jolly little holiday card ready to go :D
In fact..it is a great way to get the kids to make their own cards to give out at school :D
Enjoy :D
Hoping all your Dreams come true this coming year XXX
Entering challenges;
wishing you a very happy Christmas dear.
