Just Make a Wish!

(For Sanaa)

A Wish can be a dangerous thing

When Witches cry and Sirens sing.

Fuelled by energies let astray,

Be careful of the words you say.

When you Wish for gifts of gold

You may shorten the time left to the old.

A demand of Love from another heart

Can cause an endless War to start.

The power of a Wish is as old as time,

Especially if bound by rhyme.

So as you blow your candles out,

Do not be rushed , and never pout.

Clear your heart of hateful things

And let your Love take on new wings.

Open the windows of your mind

And spread images, all soft and kind.

Of loving friends and favourite dish

And Remember....

BE CAREFUL when you WISH!
