I did have fun making this card, using my new alcohol inks for the 1st time(though I seriosly need lessons haha!) I stamped a butterfly onto acetate and coloured it with the inks too.
The middle layer is gold mirri board with pink and green ribbon criss-crossed over part of it. This gives a lovely effect, but can be quite expensive in nice ribbon, so I used paper ribbon. This also keeps the weight down for postage :D
Background: alcohol inks overstamped with new Kanban stamps
And this is the really fun layout we made last night at The Craftden...:D The photo's are my youngest aka Chunky Monkey when he was only 2 ....aaaaaaaah bless. He was trying to catch tadpoles (supervised of course!!! You can see the fence we had to build around this tiny pond because he kept jumping in it!!!)
Challenges I would like to enter my card for are;
Wednesday Stamper#At least 1 rubber stamp(butterflies)
