I won several images from this store recently
and chose to use
Daisy Trail....*so cute*
Rather than a flat image or regular decoupage
I thought this image would work well as a "pyrimage"
So I printed it 3 times and cut them into 3 decreasing layers.
Layered together the images magically blend again :D
I had a piece of 8x8 pattern paper in my scrap box with a bit cut out...
trimmed it fit nicely on a piece of 8x8 card(which I had folded to make
a long slim landscape card)
Now to colour the layers...
checking they still matched as I went along...
Such a cool technique :D
Once coloured, I glued the first layer flat to the card base
before adding foam tape to the other layers.
This was the stressy part...but adding wet glue to the tape
gave just enough wiggle time to get the images lined up
nicely :D
A hint of glitter on the backing paper, and a very
cheerful little card for any occasion.
