I'm just a Busy Bee...

So excited to be sharing my first DT post for

As always it is
Anything Goes, but MUST include
Patterned Papers.

I have a huge stash of patterned papers as I
find them irresistible, and I promised Hubby
I wouldn't buy any more until I'd used some lol
So joining in Hazel's Challenge has been a real
tonic for me...joining the DT is "icing on the cake"
*and I do love cake* :D

I've been making quite a few "tags" lately, so
dug out this tag holder book from my stash.
I hadn't used it as I am not really a "Pink" person.
This is where patterned papers are so useful..
I have a collection of "Bee" related papers.
A coat of black gesso, some inked edges
and several layers of patterned paper...
it is now much more "me" :D
*See how I made the "grunge textured plaque and Bee"*
HERE

The beehive image is torn from a topper set.

Still pink inside...but that may change at a later date.

Hope you have enjoyed my first project,
I know I have :D

  3. I almost started typing, "You lied to your hubby!?" Then I continued reading and saw the "until..." Well, I'm glad you'd never stop stashing pager, not when you turn it into pure yumminess.

I love what you did with your old bee.

  9. This Bee likes your Bee-utiful creation. You commented on an entry of mine for CHNC Pattern paper & asked about where the pattern paper was. The pattern paper is Tools scrapbook paper (black & white) on the inside that the 15 yr item is laying on top of.
